BE Sets the Stage for 2026 with Three International Retreat Destinations Across Europe, Latin America and the Indian Ocean
At BE, global experiences continue to play a defining role in how the company recognises progress and community
BE (BE Club) has confirmed its 2026 global retreat calendar — Dubrovnik, Croatia in June, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in late July, and the Maldives in November. For those familiar with what BE has built around its retreats over the years, the announcement carries weight beyond the destinations themselves. For those encountering the company for the first time, it is perhaps the clearest window into how BE operates and what it values.
BE Club Retreats 2025
To understand what 2026 represents, it helps to know what 2025 looked like.January opened in Mexico where the Sapphire Retreat in Cancun unfolded against a backdrop of Caribbean coastline and warm winter skies. But the setting was only part of it. What defined the experience was the shift in focus, leadership, clarity and personal growth. Through curated sessions, shared moments, and time intentionally designed to step away from the noise, it became a space where leaders recalibrated, reconnected, and stepped into a higher level of responsibility.
Winter moved to Slovenia in February. A different pace, a different energy. Snow-covered landscapes, mornings on the slopes, afternoons on horseback, evenings that transitioned into elegant banquets. It was immersive, almost cinematic in its contrast, adventure balanced with refinement. More than a retreat, it felt like a reset.
By July, the energy shifted again, this time to Turkey, where 230+ leaders, gathered for one unforgettable retreat. From sunrise hot air balloons drifting over Cappadocia to an all-white night under the stars. The kind of experience people don’t just attend, but carry with them long after it ends.
November brought something altogether more intimate. Over a hundred leaders from over twenty countries flew to the Philippines; first to Coron in Palawan and then Boracay, for a retreat that moved between private islands, chartered flights, breathwork sessions and an all-white celebration under a sky lit by fireworks.
Then December in Dubai. More than 700 BE affiliate leaders converged for the Sapphire Retreat — four days at a prestigious resort that included mastermind training, a first look at BE's new Dubai headquarters and an all-white yacht party on the waterfront. The scale of it was significant. But what stood out, by most accounts, was the precision, the sense that every detail had been thought through for the people attending.
Now, as we move into the 2026 itinerary, the energy carries forward into what comes next.
BE Club 2026: Dubrovnik, Rio de Janeiro, the Maldives
The three destinations confirmed for 2026 each bring something distinct to the calendar.
Dubrovnik, running June 3 to 6, opens the year against a backdrop of ancient stone walls, baroque architecture and the Adriatic Sea. It is a city with a certain gravity, the kind of place that invites people to think concretely, to root ambition in structure and direction. Alongside curated experiences and immersive daily programming, attendees can expect structured workshops, business sessions and AI technology training built into the itinerary.

Rio de Janeiro follows from July 26 to 31. Copacabana provides the setting for a retreat designed around a different quality of energy: expansive, open, and less structured by intention. Some of the most significant connections formed at BE retreats have happened not in the sessions but around them, in the unplanned conversations that tend to occur when driven people are placed in the same room, or on the same stretch of coastline.

The Maldives closes the year in November. Surrounded by tranquility, it is the retreat built for reflection, the kind of thinking that only becomes accessible once everything else has been set aside. By that point in the year, attendees have spent months building. The Maldives exists to help them understand what they have built, and what they want to do with it next.

Moyn Islam, CEO of BE, spoke to the thinking behind the calendar: "Every year we ask ourselves how we do this better, not just the destinations, but what happens to people inside them. The environment is never incidental. It shapes how people think, what they allow themselves to want, and who they leave as. That's the thing we keep coming back to build."
A Note on What These BE Retreats Are
Across all three locations, the format remains consistent. Programming is planned and purposeful — workshops, business education, AI-powered technology training designed to move both personal and professional development forward. But the retreats are built on the understanding that learning does not only happen in structured settings. It happens in the dinner conversations that run long, in the chance meeting with someone whose path looks different but whose values look identical, in the morning when you step outside somewhere extraordinary and something quietly shifts.
BE has been running retreats of this kind for years, across breathtaking locations. The 2026 calendar represents the next evolution of that tradition. At the heart of these retreats lies an integral sense of community. Attendees get the sense that they are a part of something bigger, where people from all walks of life are working towards a shared vision.
At the end, members leave feeling inspired, motivated, and invigorated with the mindset that anything is possible, their only qualm being that they have to wait until the next one.
