International Wellness Month 2026? Now This Is Something BE Can Get Behind

Not every day at the office looks the same. Some days are focused on deadlines and deliverables while others are dedicated to taking care of what matters most: our health.

BE Club understands this all too well, having made health and wellbeing one of the primary pillars of its company culture.

Staying true to this commitment, BE organised a health and wellness event on Thursday, 6 August for its in-office team, providing a range of complimentary health checks and screenings.

In partnership with Phillip Middle East, the event offered services including blood sugar and blood pressure checks, BMI assessments, general health screenings, and consultations with both general and homeopathic practitioners, courtesy of Wecare Medical Centre.

Attendees were also encouraged to take advantage of complimentary optical and vision tests from Vision Style Optical, as well as being invited to browse a selection of their spectacle frames.

Speaking on the importance of corporate wellness days, Dr Sonali Patil from Phillip Middle East believes that with today’s increasingly sedentary lifestyles, characterised by long hours in front of screens, reduced physical activity, and rising stress levels, it is imperative for people to prioritise both their physical and mental health.

"Everybody wants to prove their value by working hard, but we also need to remember that taking care of your health is what enables you to perform at your best," she says. "This wellness day with BE is about cultivating wellness from the inside out, ensuring that the body, mind, and overall wellbeing can become more aligned."
