BE Club Gathers Business Leaders From Four Continents to Dubrovnik for Its 2026 Leadership Retreat

Dubrovnik, Croatia, June 2026 - Dubrovnik is best known to the world for its walled Old Town and its star turn on screen. Increasingly, though, the city is drawing a different kind of visitor: international companies choosing Croatia's coast as the place to bring their people together. The latest is BE (BE Club), the global platform for digital entrepreneurship, which convened approximately 160 of its qualifying Team Leaders, drawn from markets across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia — for its 2026 Team Leaders Retreat on the shores of Lapad Bay.

For a community that operates almost entirely online, the retreat answered a deliberate question: what happens when a distributed network of leaders shares the same coastline for three days?

The setting was Hotel Kompas, a contemporary beachfront property where the Adriatic meets one of Europe's oldest walled cities. The location framed the retreat's dual rhythm — structured leadership sessions by day, unhurried conversation by the water as the light faded — and placed the city itself at the centre of the experience, from its coastline to its islands.

A Focus on Leadership, Connection, and Recognition

Hosted by BE founders Moyn Islam and Ehsaan Islam, the 2026 retreat was centered around three core objectives: recognizing leadership achievement, fostering stronger collaboration within the community, and creating space for meaningful engagement and relationship building among top-performing members.

Three Days of Immersive Experiences

Throughout the retreat, attendees participated in a series of curated experiences combining leadership development, networking, and cultural exploration.

Day One: Welcome to Dubrovnik
Participants arrived in Dubrovnik and checked into Hotel Kompas, where the retreat opened with registration, welcome activities, an exchange of gifts, and informal networking. The evening featured a welcome celebration overlooking the Adriatic coastline, bringing together leaders from around the world in a relaxed setting.

Day Two: Island Experience
Attendees were treated to a private yacht and island excursion along the Croatian coastline. The day included mastermind sessions with the BE founders, team-building activities, and recreational experiences such as jet skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and coastal exploration.

 Day Three: Leadership Celebration
The final full day focused on leadership development, recognition, and community celebration. The programme included additional mastermind sessions, leadership discussions, and curated dining experiences with panoramic sunset views.

Recognition and Impact

To conclude the retreat, BE leaders hosted a farewell event honouring participants’ achievements and contributions to the global BE community, where they received commemorative gifts, including certificates and branded keepsake items.

The recognition programme was a testament to BE’s emphasis on celebrating leadership excellence and global community growth.

An Expanding Global Community

The Croatia Retreat 2026 marks another successful milestone in BE’s ongoing series of international gatherings which aims to strengthen its global community and support leadership development.

The next BE Team Leaders Retreat is scheduled to take place in Brazil later this year, continuing the organization's focus on international engagement, unique experiences, and immersive learning and leadership development.
