As the next destination on the company's itinerary of exotic global retreats, BE is gearing up for a three-day escape on the shores of the Copacabana Beach.

Bora! BE Club Is Heading To Rio de Janeiro This July

With the month of July officially upon us, many of us may be experiencing that mid-year slump — that familiar dip in energy that often requires something truly invigorating to restore motivation and momentum.

Fortunately, for BE (BE Club), this boost takes the form of the second edition of the annual global retreats for 2026 — this time, set against the backdrop of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

After a successful retreat in the historic city of Dubrovnik in June, BE leaders will soon be heading to South America for three days of connection, growth, and immersive experiences, framed by sun-drenched shores and breathtaking mountain landscapes.

From 28 to 31 July 2026, over 100 Qualifying Team Leaders, along with BE founders Moyn Islam and Ehsaan Islam, will embark on a curated programme of mastermind sessions, leadership and development discussions, recognition, community celebration, and elevated dining experiences.

True to BE form, the programme will also include a range of recreational activities, providing opportunities for authentic connection and informal conversation — often where some of most meaningful and impactful moments of BE retreats naturally unfold.

During their time in Rio de Janeiro, attendees will also be immersed in the city's dynamic blend of rich cultural heritage and vibrant energy, experiencing some of the most iconic landmarks and local highlights.

From the world-famous Copacabana and Ipanema beaches to panoramic views of Christ the Redeemer and colourful atmosphere of neighbourhoods such as Santa Teresa, the retreat offers a deeper connection to the rhythm and character of the city.

At the same time, this fusion of natural beauty, historic culture, and exuberant energy offers a revitalising mid-year pick-me-up, setting the stage for a BE retreat unlike any other.

“South America has always been a region full of energy and potential, and Rio de Janeiro captures that spirit perfectly. We're excited to bring our community together in an environment that naturally inspires movement and forward momentum, as they continue to learn, experience, and evolve,” says Moyn Islam.

While this isn't the first time the company is visiting the continent, BE's Brazil Retreat 2026 represents a continued expansion of the company's presence in the region, as well as its ongoing commitment to fostering new perspectives and meaningful experiences across its global community.
